  Friendly, welcoming and affordable

  Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Very warm welcoming every time they spoke to us.

  Disliked: A bit old and worn out areas but not a big problem.

  Great little hotel just where it's needed most

  Liked: All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Really important when guests are there to support someone in one of the 4 hospitals nearby. Room is small but clean and it's got all you'd need. Comfortable bed. Pleasant private terrace. The food options are excellent at the end of a long day. Beats endless pizza. Breakfast is very good too.

  Disliked: Two things: still no English language TV channel. France 24 English would be great. A towel rail! Need one. And a note about hanging up your towels so you don't get news EVERY DAY. Think of the environment please

  Disliked: My room at ground floor had bad smell coming from the shower. Other rooms at first and second floors did not have this issue

  Disliked: Well, all is ok for the price, but a bit more comfort (bigger, softer bed, extra blanket) would be nice.

  It needs to be taken off booking.com it’s appalling

  Liked: The convenience of it being near the hospital

  Disliked: We couldn’t check in until after 18.00pm because there was no staff. We were told to come back even though check in was anytime after 16.00hrs. No staff on to assist with anything. No plug in sink. Towels frayed and only supplied for one person. We were in the ground floor but outside our window was a green patch with a dog on premises and dog fecies covering all the green patch.
