Liked: Location is terrible. GPS takes you to a post in the middle of the road that can only be lowered by calling Hotel, we did this several times with no help. Finally gave up and went to local Holiday Inn with much better location. Sent email requesting refund since we were not able to stay there and was told against their policy. see below from hotel. I tried all afternoon to answer you on the phone, and I opened the post in the middle of the road 4 times! We can't refund you anything, sorry. If you wanna cancel the reservation, you can but we can't refund, the director is strict about this. Thanks.
