  Excellent stay and very kids friendly

  Liked: Excellent breakfast buffet. The room is also clean and comfortable. The shower set is rituals products so it feels luxurious. The pool was opened during our stay so the kids are thrilled. There are also some gaming machines at the lobby so the kids are entertained. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel and have to say we will be back for a 3rd time!

  Very nice and comfy hotel close to city center

  Liked: Close to city center and marché du Lez, in a quiet area. Beds very comfy and the swimming pool was pretty big

  Liked: Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Located well for the tram system.

  Disliked: Not a great location for walking into Montpellier.

  Fair to spend a night. Nothing special. Nothing to repeat!

  Liked: The staff at reception.

  Disliked: Pool too small for so many people during summer. The breakfast had several options but POOR QUALITY! The scramble eggs was a disappointment.

  Overall, the stay was disappointing and definitely not a 4 star hotel

  Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was actually quite good.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was old and clearly needed maintenance. I’m not sure whether we were given this particular room because we were travelling with a dog, as the reviews were generally excellent, but our experience did not match them at all.
