Liked: Reasonably central location, adequate facilities, parking is secure for motorcycles. Staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: Building is quite run down, let's say 'faded elegance'. In a way adds to the charm so not something that should.put you off staying. Breakfast options not comprehensive.

Liked: The old manager only speaks French, but somehow he understands you no matter what language you speak. He always makes sure everything gets taken care of—ensuring your car is parked in the right spot and that you get to your room safely.

Disliked: I didn't plan on stepping back in time to see how a hotel operated 20 years ago, yet here it is, trying to run a business in this day and age

Liked: It has everything, bed, bathroom, small table. It was clean, not spottless.

Disliked: A bit difficult to find the entrance on the other side of the tram tracks. For parking we had to go around the back.

Liked: The staff overall seems ok. The location is quite central in the city. There is free parking.

Disliked: There's no A/C or ventilation of any kind, which in this case is critical. This hotel is in the middle of the city, and the building gets extremely hot during the day, and doesn't cool off. Generally it was impossible to sleep during the night because of this. You can try opening the window, but the noise from the central street of people shouting, bottles braking etc. then becomes an issue. Shower/restroom is quite small and not very convenient. The baby crib was a old wooden crib which was broken from one side (baby could fall over). We let the staff know, and they said they will fix it soon, but never came. The parking on the back street is overall fine, but the are looks very sketchy. Also, there are no clear instructions on where it is and we had to call the hotel to get instructions on how to find it.
