  We have liked other Novotel’s we have stayed at, but would not stay at Mulhouse again

  Liked: The location was good for a stop over. We had to change rooms and they did accommodate this.

  Disliked: Our room had an issue with the air conditioning unit and it was very noisy and they knew about it but still gave us that room. There was no lift so we had to change to a small suitcase to carry up the stairs. We had a problem with communication with the restaurant staff and our food was undercooked.

  Liked: Location is great for a short one night stop. It's nice there is a small swimming pool to cool down after all day driving.

  Disliked: The staff looked pretty stressed and chaotic, but they were helpful in general. Restaurant was quite disappointing in terms of food and it took very long to be served.

  Nice short stay next to the airway

  Liked: Good restaurant and excellent breakfast, relaxing bed, large parking, openable window, client oriented staff.

  Disliked: Old and stinky moquette, still quite old fashioned style.

Please note that all guestrooms with 1 double bed and 2 extra beds can accommodate multiple guests.

Rates vary depending on the number of guests :

- 1 adult and 2 children under 16 years of age (single room rate)

- 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years of age (double room rate)

- 3 adults and 1 child under 16 years of age (triple rooms rate).

Please note that children under 16 years old can enjoy breakfast for free.

- Rooms with a double bed and single bed can accommodate a maximum of 3 people

- Room with a double bed and 2 single beds can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Babies count in the maximum occupancy and rooms cannot accommodate 5 people. For a Two-night stay or longer, you will contribute free of charge to a project in partnership with the association Mecenat Chirurgie Cardiaque.
