  this hotel was a major factor in our enjoyment in Perpignan

  Liked: perfect location in the center of Perpignan, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable on the 2nd floor (or 3rd if you're an American), always took the lift up, but simply enjoyed the ambience so always took the stairs down.

  A super find

  Liked: Absolutely perfect, easy access from the station taxi, 1 minute walk to excellent Resturaunts and Bistro, also for Le Petite Train. Staff very attentive and booked our taxi for the return to the station. Ideally situated in the Pedestrian Zone so getting a taxi is a little difficult. Although there is a lift there are also several stairs to get to rooms on the second floor which made it difficult for disabled people. The reception hours were not a problem and easy code access outside those times. Return is a definite

  Instant access to the old town and shopping area with many eateries to choose from

  Liked: Breakfast was fine and good value for money. The location was excellent and gave us access to the older town area.

  Disliked: No access until 3pm. No fridge in the room.

  The hotel is basic but fantastic location. Need to be clearer about the fact that you can only access the hotel at certa

  Liked: Great location next to lovely bars, restaurants and shops.

  Disliked: The fact that the reception and entrance only operates at check in and check out times. We arrived with lots of luggage at 12pm and had to wait outside for 3 hrs before we could access the hotel. This needs to be made clear on booking.com. The check in and out times are posted but not the fact that the rest of the time the door is locked and you cannot get in to the hotel to leave luggage etc.
