Liked: Staff, bed, facilities.
Disliked: I was surprised that a spa did not offer any amenities such as a lotion. I didn’t have my own as I usually do and was doing to find my first hotel to not offer any. Just a sample size, like a vial size is helpful.
Enjoyed our stay in the property, large rooms and home comforts, location excellent for walking into the centre of Pezen
Liked: The property was quaint, clean and in an excellent position for the centre of Pezenas. Rooms were very spacious & home from home. Kitchen, Lounge separate bedroom. Comfortable settee, tv but all stations french only.
Disliked: Main issue is staffing & service very very low key. Bar area rarely ever manned, nice but modest pool area, if you want a drink poolside you better bring in with you, from the supermarket. No waiting staff at all in the hotel. We had a huge room including a fully functional kitchen, however 2 cups, 2 glasses 🙈 Housekeeping was the subtlest knock at the door usually at or before 9, if you don’t respond no room cleaning, if you do you are offered towels & toilet rolls. Service akin to an AirB&B not a hotel.

Great value, friendly staff and lovely big room with a quiet pool area
Liked: Excellent stay, the room was massive with a separate lounge and balcony. Lots of space for clothes and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. Pool was small but in lovely quiet setting. Didn't have breakfast or dinner during our short stay but the Bistro looked really good.
Disliked: Although the hotel is situated only a short walk from the old town, its over a foot bridge in the evening which has a security gate but it's quite dark and leads into the park that some may find a little uncomfortable late at night. Best to go the longer way round from the main road into the hotel.
Lovely place in the heart of Pézenas
Liked: Spacious rooms, very clean, and a very welcoming staff
Disliked: Access to the parking is a bit of a tight squeeze. Pool could be a bit bigger given the size of the hotel.
Liked: Very nice please, plenty of parking, easy access to walk into the town centre.
Disliked: Nothing it was a very relaxing place to stay for the night.
