  Delightful, traditionally French Hotel, overlooking the Seine River and located in a very quiet area

  Liked: We were warmly greeted by the delightful hotelier and immediately made to feel very welcome. We were able to get much needed drinks from the Bar, served on a large shady verandah overlooking the Seine River before our dinner. This was offered at the Hotel, in a large and traditionally decorated dining room. The meal exceeded our expectations, with some delicious courses served, at a very reasonable price. The room was very comfortable and more than adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess was very apologetic about the lack of croissants - it was a public holiday and no fresh ones were available!! Such a lovely lady and a gorgeous, authentically French place to stay...

  Disliked: The stairs are very steep to the upstairs bedrooms - while not impossible for older people, we had to be very careful, going up and down, especially carrying luggage. We would not have expected a lift in such an old building and this was certainly was not a deal breaker for us.

  A Quiet Retreat in the Leafy Parisian Suburbs

  Liked: A welcoming and tranquil place to stay with a refreshingly 'old-school charm'. Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent restaurant with an emphasis on delicious Senegalese food. Ideally placed overlooking the Seine. Perfect for a stroll along the river, yet only a stone's throw from central Paris.
