Liked: A really great holiday experience. I had a Superior Suite which was very comfortable. Bed excellent. Little kitchen area was very useful for making drinks and snacks. Pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would have no hesitation at booking again.

Disliked: Breakfast was ok and more or less the same every day and the gym was very small
Amazing area - shops, restaurants and very close to the beach
Liked: Location was amazing, close to the sea, to shopping areas, and good restaurants. The staff tried their best with English. The swimming pool was entertaining for the kids, and the afternoons were perfect for relaxing and enjoying espresso. The gym was small but enough to exercise. One evening we had live music in the hotel, and it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was simple, but everything was fresh, bio, and high quality. My kids had a lot of fun. The sunsets from our balcony were amazing. We would go again. The hotel also had umbrellas, toys and a computer for the kids. We stayed 10 nights; we would love to come back.
Disliked: Some evenings were a bit noisy from loud music in the distance, but we got used to it, or it got better. The rest was fine.

Disliked: Very disappointing service and cleanliness for a 4-star property Unfortunately, several issues during our two-week stay seriously affected our overall experience. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was unusable for approximately five days on all our devices. We repeatedly asked reception for assistance, but the problem could not be resolved. We later learned that an alternative network was available, but the access information initially provided did not work. Only afterwards did we receive functioning access. During the outage, we had to rely on our own mobile data. Rubbish disposal and interaction with management: As rubbish from our apartment had not been collected, we temporarily placed it outside our door. A member of the hotel management came to our apartment, knocked and then opened the door while I was clearly in the middle of an important business phone call. I explicitly explained that I was on an important call, but the conversation was nevertheless interrupted to tell us that we had to dispose of the rubbish ourselves. We found the way this situation was handled very unprofessional and not what we would expect from a 4-star property. We subsequently checked our Booking.com reservation and could not find any information stating that guests were required to take their own accumulated rubbish to the disposal area. This was also not explained to us at check-in. Housekeeping and cleanliness: Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our two-week stay, the apartment was serviced only every few days. When it was serviced, not all of the accumulated rubbish was removed. The balcony was not cleaned during our stay and became so dirty that our feet became visibly black when walking on it. We also noticed considerable dust, particularly in the corners of the apartment. Overall: Any one of these issues might have been understandable in isolation. Disliked: Traveling with my 14 month old. The air conditioning didn’t work. I had to complain many times and the receptionist was very rude. The room temperature was 28. Technicians was only able to come in the evening. They said it’s fixed but the room temp was stuck at 26. I asked for fans, they gave me two but the next day took away one. I went back to ask for it but never got it back.
