Lovely hotel in an excellent location

Liked: A very nice hotel in an excellent location, right next to the Chateau and all the facilities of the town. Check-in was straightforward and staff were very welcoming. The hotel interior was very tastefully decorated, and my room was chic, spacious and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here very much, and would certainly visit again.

This hotel was in a great location with lovely staff but the room and cleaning let it down

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff were charming and helpful.

Disliked: The room was very tired. It was clearly a room that hadn’t been updated. There were bits missing from the shower. The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. There was plastic under the bedsheet making the otherwise comfortable bed very hot. The sheets were ill fitting. The coffee was powdery and not good.
