  Good dinner and handy location but modern room quite small

  Liked: Position is good as staff very helpful

  Disliked: The modern wing has very small rooms. Last time we stayed in the old block which had much more character and a larger room.

  Really very little to enjoy except the grounds if only the weather had been better. The other guests were mostly on a gr

  Liked: Very attractive buildings and garden

  Disliked: It - weirdly - has no lounge or bar. There is nowhere to mingle with other guests when the weather is too poor to sit on the terrace. We were told we could sit in a small corner of the restaurant. Just peculiar. We would have changed hotels but booking via Booking.com made it too complicated. Our room was poorly furnished and somewhat bleak, with a wall of polished concrete.

  Nicely renovated hotel

  Liked: Modern comforts in an old building, wonderful renovation. Beautiful building and grounds.Comfortable rooms and beds! Very quiet area away from the village. You need a car to drive to the center.

  Disliked: I would skip the restaurant on site next time, so plan your meals accordingly. Expensive for average quality. Nothing for vegetarians.

  Tranquil hotel in nice area

  Liked: Nice setting in a tranquil area outside Sarlat-la-Caneda with a large garden and nice clean pool. Excellent clean room with nice bed. Access to cozy restaurant on the premises.

  Disliked: The food was OK, but not really up to expectations for a venue like this.

  Location lovely and peaceful. Staff welcoming and friendly

  Liked: Peaceful location

  Disliked: Restaurant food was average and expensive for portion received. My Seabass fillet was tiny (not two) as shown on menu gallery. no vegetable or potatoes accompanying the main dish. No bread offered despite other tables being offered. No Bar? One umbrella around pool.
