  Worth to stay

  Liked: Location, vibe, history and the staff

  Disliked: Room had bugs (stinkbugs) in it. i assume due to window was left open

  Beautiful setting in parkland, quiet with very helpful staff

  Liked: Location is excellent if you want to walk in the forest and be in a quiet place. The location was less god for access to the city - especially due to the construction impacting many streets in the area. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast is quite good.

  Disliked: Minor complaint re: the coffee station in the 24/7 access area, is that sometimes it was not stocked. Again, this was a minor point.

  Liked: Liked the lounge being available to relax

  Disliked: We came down at 9:10 to find and were disappointed to find that much of the food had been eaten but not replenished.

  Disliked: The hotel itself is really beautiful. The park surroundings are super nice. However, we ran into a couple of issues: - 1: Sound travels easily. The walls aren't paper-thin, but we could still hear our neighbors quite well. On top of that, the toilet flush was extremely loud. We constantly heard our neighbor's flush, and they could probably hear ours too. - 2: Since it's an old chateau, there is no elevator, which isn't ideal if you have a lot of luggage.

  Liked: Aesthetics

  Disliked: There were some harmless beetles in the room. People with a fear of insects should bear this in mind. As the palace is situated in a nature reserve, this is unavoidable during the warmer months.
