Could be nice if the customer service improved

Liked: Reception were poor. We were asked to email arrival time, we did that for 3pm check in time. When we arrived we were told the room wasnt ready and would be 20 to 30 minutes, in fact it was over 90 minutes sitting in reception waiting. When youve been travelling all day it is the last thing you want. Apartment was fine, but the list of stripping the beds, etc,etc when you leave was not very pleasant. Would not return.
