  Un lieu calme et accessible

  Liked: Le calme du lieu, la maison et la proximité de Vannes. La maison était agréable, le site calme et végétalisé, tout en étant accessible à la fois en voiture et à vélo. De même, la terrasse était sympa, une bonne table et la place de bien profiter.

  Disliked: Si je veux être pointilleuse, je dirais que les horaires de la piscine sont un peu limitants, pour bien en profiter. L'autre défaut, dans le cas des maisons, c'est l'absence de toilettes à l'étage (avec des problèmes de mobilité, ça peut être difficile de descendre de la chambre aux toilettes) mais rien de bien grave si vous n'avez pas de problèmes de mobilité.

  Very French!

  Liked: The location is OK on the outskirts of Vannes. There is a big supermarket a short drive down the road. The pool is quiet, civilised and basic with an area for very young children. We stayed at the height of summer, so the place was full, but it never felt crowded. Not much to do on-site besides the pool, the mini-gym, or ping pong. Carnac is about 30 mins drive away. Vannes centre is about 10 or 15 minutes. There’s a (feu de bois) Pizza van on site most evenings. Apartments are basic self-catering and our bed was a clic-clac (which was a bit uncomfortable). Overall, I liked it - peaceful and very French. Don't go here and expect to meet English people.

  Disliked: Not really somewhere to go if you don't have a car and not much for the kids to do on-site

Good to know

In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please notify the residence reception, whose contact details are on your booking confirmation. You can also indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section when you call.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes.

For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.

A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in.

A €300 credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, provided the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
