  Super Staff

Liked: The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They booked a tour to Mount Etna for us and booked a taxi for us to get to Taormina Giardini station on our departure. Most importantly they gave us hot water in teapots so we could make tea. They helped us to make the most out of our stay. And their English was excellent so communication wasn't a problem.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Adequate, but a bit quirky

Disliked: Difficult to find initially. No-one we asked seemed to know where it was. Receptionist was there when we checked in but then disappeared. We didn't see anyone else while we were there except a cleaner.

A fine place to stay — I’ll go back there again!

Liked: This is an interesting property within the railroad station at Agrigento. It is easy to access and quite safe with the railroad police next door.

Disliked: Hard to say — it is great. Just make arrangements with the management for access outside of normal check-in and check-out times. They are very accommodating and very polite.
