  Title: Unacceptable for Groups – Immediate Emergency Relocation Required

  Liked: As a group tour leader, we were scheduled to stay at this hotel. However, following immediate and unanimous complaints from our clients, we had to demand an emergency relocation. Right from the front desk, the lack of maintenance is obvious (notably the sketchy setup of using rubber bands to tie oversized tablecloths to the lobby side tables). Unfortunately, this set the tone for the rest of our stay: the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms were dreadful. Some rooms had large patches of mold on the walls, several clients found dead flies in their bathtubs, and our own room was simply unacceptable. We discovered a shocking amount of hair left in the bottom of the tub, leaving no doubt that the bathroom had not been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. Needless to say, it completely ruined any desire to use the shower. In short, we immediately walked out of this property, which was easily the worst hotel of our entire itinerary. If you enjoy filth, mold on the walls, and the leftover debris of past guests, Welcome home.

  great hotel in sicily

  Liked: Very nice hotel with a nice reception area with a piano where we played some music. The view to the sea was awsome. And a very complete breakfast.

  Served its purpose, no more

  Liked: It was convenient

  Disliked: Extremely loud music playing by the pool, which our room faced, through Sunday night to 1.30 am, when nobody was by the pool. When I asked what the music was playing for they said 'normal'. I asked to turn it down, it was turned up. Staff had a very couldn't care less attitude

  Liked: Bed mattress need to be update, the overall property needs a be updated. When using the pool facility you are required to pay usage. Breakfast is always lacking of replenishment, example no scramble egg available if your not early.

  Liked: For a hotel that advertises for tourists, it was not very tourist friendly. The pool was great with toys for the kids. But towels? Forget it. They don’t offer - you have to bring your own. BRING YOUR OWN?! What travelling tourist brings their own towel? Oh, just use your shower towel and ask housekeeping for more towels you say? There is a penalty for that. The hotel clearly used to allow smoking indoors as everything reeked of stale cigarettes. The mattress was so thin that it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. When we arrived, there were stray hairs from someone else on the toilet lid and in the sink. Would absolutely never stay there again without a complete interior overhaul. But the pool was nice.
