  Liked: We really liked this place, very comfortable and clean. The treats our host left for breakfast were really appreciated. The location was convenient for getting around with our 4yo. Definitely recommended!

  Liked: Highly recommend. Very relaxing and homely once you get here with all the amenities.

  Disliked: Driving through Agrigento to get here was difficult to navigate and find a park at first. There is good parking on Via Degli Angeli, a 5 minute walk to the room.

  Liked: The apartment had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice host.

  Disliked: Although the apartment is ground floor, there are unavoidable stairs to the building. The courtyard is lovely but lots of mosquitoes. I had big problems with check which I think was due to booking.com and not the host. The host was not receiving any of my messages via booking.com and the contact number listef was incorrect and put me through to a booking company in Germany. Luckily a neighbour spotted me outside and let me in.

  Homely charm in central Agrigento

  Liked: Comfortably and homely stay in Agrigento. Bonus of free parking nearby and easy access to Valley of the Temples. Sadly we never met the host in person but messages was helpful and friendly.

  Beautiful, fully-equipped apartment in the heart of Agrigento

  Liked: The apartment is a beautiful remodel located in a historic building, spacious and complete with everything I needed for my 1 week stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are many little goodies available. The entry is behind a locked gate to a lovely private patio with furniture and a table/chairs that leads to the front door. I spent many mornings watching the birds and having breakfast here. The apartment is located on a small quiet dead end street in the center of town, central to the sites and the pedestrian street filled with restaurants and shops. You need to walk up or down hills when you go pretty much anywhere, which is simply a fact of being in Agrigento. The owner met me at arrival and also checked in with me via WhatsApp several times during my stay to ask if there was anything I needed (I never needed anything!) I felt extremely comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler. So happy to have found this gem...I highly recommend!

  Disliked: The only thing I didn't like were the mosquitoes on the patio some evenings. Repellent was available and I covered up. Other than this, everything was great.
