  Mixed feelings

  Liked: Good contact with the host, instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean.

  Disliked: I booked a room with a balcony and a sea view but I was put in a ground floor room with a tiny window.

  Perfect spot in Agrigento

  Liked: Super comfy bed. Fabulous view from room 4. Great help from owner, the water stopped mid shower in the evening, but he arrived within 20 minutes to get everything going again! Great Lavazza coffee. Perfect location, just above the main street with all the restaurants and we got the number 3 bus from the end of this street straight to the Valley of Temples for €1.20 each. Owner gave us a great Google pin to park our car for free in a little church square 5 minutes from the apartment.

  Disliked: We are finding that bathrooms in Sicily leak anytime you shower or use the sink so we ended up using the towels to mop up but they dried out in the sun as our balcony had a clothes line 😊

  Liked: The cleanliness was impressive – the room was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom well-maintained. The location is a major advantage: close to the city center/tourist attractions, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and responsive – check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The amenities were decent: reliable Wi-Fi, working air conditioning, and free parking was definitely a plus.

  Disliked: The soundproofing could use some work – noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway can be heard at times, which might bother light sleepers.

  Liked: Located in the centre of town but quiet enough to sleep at night. The room was small but it had it's own bathroom and the shared kitchen worked well, perfect for a couple of nights.

  Disliked: Barking dog in the morning, wouldn't shut up.
