  Never again. Owner is a liar. No hot water, no breakfast, sunken mattress

  Disliked: The owner is a liar. We booked this place, payed more than others around the area because of the breakfast included. We asked him the night before about breakfast and he didn’t replied until late in the day the following day just to say that he could not provide breakfast. We waited for four hours in the room for him to reply so we wouldn’t miss breakfast and ended up wasting half of our day. Also, we couldn’t shower because there is no hot water or pressure in the shower. The bed mattress is a joke, it’s fully sunken, thus extremely uncomfortable. There is no one from the staff ever in the building. The apartment looked nice but that was it. Owner promised a refund that he never provided. Everything with the owner was very sketchy. I can’t believe Booking has it as a Preferred Partner.

  Not ok, bad smell, poor water pressure. No breakfast

  Liked: Owner is lying about the property. In the offer there was breakfast included that we pay for but we have never received. Refund promised - also not received. The property itself is quite ok but has basement smell. Shower is in poor condition and water pressure is very low - difficult to take a shower. You can get much better place in Agrigento with simillar price.

  Liked: The city itself is nice. Also there is free parking spaces close by

  Disliked: Room was durty. Had cigarette pack in the bedside table?! Room was cold and no extra blankets. Room was paid with breakfast included, but there was none. And we figured it out on the morning, with two kids -hungry, and parents- left with no coffee-There was not even a cup inside the room, so to fix up instant coffee. THERE have not been breakfast served there for at least 6 months or so! No Intention for such - at all. At the end the host even canceled our reservation as no show, offered to refund for the missing breakfast but nothing happened! Keep in mind when booking!
