Liked: The accommodation was outstanding. Modern, clean and fully equipped with essentials such as utensils, plates and oven and fridge. The rooms were plenty big and beds were comfortable. The host Salvo was brilliant, friendly and spoke English well. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Disliked: The aircon in the main room didn't work properly unless we didn't know how to use it properly.

Great renovation, great apartment in a great location!

Liked: This was a perfect location for a person with a car. The street parking was available on the street outside. There was a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but it was an easy climb. There was an apartment unit above this unit, but we rarely heard any noise. It looked beautiful inside and has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The apartment was just next to a bar and a pastry shop. We went to get pastries every morning. It was awesome. The drive to the Valley of the Temples was a 10 minute drive (similar to an Italian formula one racetrack) but buy the ticket that has the temple walk and the museum combined with the church in Agrigento. Don’t miss out on the museum up the hill! You will need to look on Google earth for the parking lot as it is just a little grass with a pay gate. We also drove to the Scala dei Turchi. It was a big walk and combined with the walk in the Temples, we had extremely sore legs. It was nice to come home to a great apartment near food to relax. We did a load of laundry and we were ready for the next adventure. We had questions and Salvo always answered quickly. If you have the fortune to meet his mother, you will feel the warmth of Sicily in her greeting even if you can’t speak Italian. Highly recommend.

Warm hospitality, a spotless home, and heartfelt generosity made our stay unforgettable

Liked: Salvo was there to greet us. He was prepared for our arrival having saved a car space right out front for us. He was incredibly proud and enthusiastic about his lovely home and could not have been more friendly and helpful in making us feel comfortable. The home was very clean and well presented (looks brand new). We met his lovely parents the morning we left, having waited patiently outside as we departed a little over our check out time. Not much English spoken but you could feel their passion, love and warmth.

    Disliked: Absolutely nothing!
