Exceptional
Perfection
Liked: It’s charming, clean and comfortable in a picturesque part of Agrigento near the wonderful old Duomo. Benny, the manager, is incredibly helpful and kind. The Breakfast room has a balcony with a view of the temples and the sea. It’s an old fashioned and sweet sort of place.
Disliked: I liked everything
Benny was very helpful and made our visit fantastic
Liked: Location and staff were fantastic.
Disliked: Everything was great
Liked: benny is really helpful. room was perfect.
Disliked: a little bit noisy due to the church bells.
A beautiful location in an historic building with modernised interior and an excellent host, Benne
Liked: perfect location for our plans for our stay in Agrigento. Benne was the perfect host and we appreciated his help with the 2 cases to be carried up 4 flights of stairs. The suite was very good, spacious, well equipped and comfortable; the large, private terrace with spectacular views was a real bonus. It was very special to have breakfast there one morning, thank you Benne.
Disliked: the bed was not very comfortable, the metal headboard and footboard did not seem well connected to the spring base, it was a bit old fashioned and the mattress was rather thin. Given the modern furniture, fixtures and fittings in the rest of the suite, the bed was not in keeping with these. It would also be helpful to be specific on the number of flights of stairs there are to the suite, as the final flight is very steep and curved. We did not expect quite so many and could not have managed the cases on these without Benne's help. Accessible by stairs only is not adequate information.
Liked: The location in the upper part of Agrigento. Very calm, the room is nice and the bathroom is spacious. The host is very friendly and available to solve any issue you might have. If you’re coming by bus or train, bare in mind that it’s best to prebook the taxi from the station.

Lovely hotel with a nice balcony
Liked: Lovely hotel with a nice balcony and a great view. The bathroom was very good, but the highlight was definitely Benny at reception. He was fantastic! He even let us choose the type of croissant we wanted, helped us with everything we needed, and was always friendly and cheerful. He also arranged street parking for us and helped us when we arrived and accidentally drove into Agrigento’s narrow streets. His help made a real difference to our stay.
Disliked: On the downside, the room was a bit small, especially considering how large the bathroom was. There was no fridge, and the room could be a little noisy in the morning since it was right next to the breakfast area. The hotel is also a bit far from Agrigento’s city center, with quite a few uphill and downhill walks to get there.
