  A lovely position with beautiful views and very friendly host

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at the place and were upgraded to a sea facing room with a balcony. I thought I had booked this so it was great to have this option. Parking was on the street in front of the building and was kindly arranged by the host. The breakfast was provided in our room and was very tasty with pastries, coffees, juice and sandwiches. The view of the sea and promenade was beautiful and we enjoyed it whilst eating our breakfast. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs which is separately owned. The actual town is a short walk away and has lots of cafe's and bars. Paestum and the water buffalo farm at Tennuta Vannulo are well worth a visit!

  Disliked: The bed was covered in a waterproof sheet which crackled every time you moved and the cushions were extremely hard.

  Incredible Host and Amazing Views

  Liked: Incredible view. The host upgraded us to a sea view room. She was very kind and accommodating. Even brought us breakfast early since we had to check out early. Very clean. The restaurant re ight downstairs has fantastic food.

  Disliked: Minor thing but the bed squeaks when getting on or off.

  Very uncomfortable bed

  Liked: Good location with free car parking. Nice balcony with seeview. Good coffee on breakfast.

  Disliked: The bed is too soft for a comfortable sleep, and the mattress is covered with a waterproof protector, like those used in hospitals, which rustles when you move and wrinkles easily. Because of that, we couldn’t sleep well during our two nights there and were very happy to move to another place. A hotel is about providing good sleep — please make it right. It can also be a bit noisy since the main street is just outside, so you need to keep the windows closed at night. Breakfast consists of coffee and a croissant with various jams and Nutella. However, there are no alternatives if you prefer to avoid sugar in the morning — some eggs, cheese, or yogurt options would be appreciated, as in other places with a similar price range. The Booking listing stated that an invoice could be provided by the owner, but when I asked the host, she said it was difficult to issue. Later she promised it would be sent within 15 days, yet after a month I still haven’t received it.

  Excellent home in beautiful Agropoli!

  Liked: The location was excellent, just on the beachfront and easy to walk and access sites around the city. Breakfast at MC B&B was wonderful and there were also good restaurants for lunch or dinner within walking distance. But the thing which made the place 5 stars was the warmth and hospitality from Marco, the host. He was very good and available by WhatsApp in case of any questions or needs. And in general, extremely kind and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and I would definitely return in the future!
