  Outstanding hospitality and welcome, convenient location

  Liked: Hospitality at its best! We read the reviews and knew the hosts were considered very good by others, but the kindness and generosity of Luigi, Matilde and Alessandra exceeded our expectations. Hugely welcoming, showing/taking us around, speaking English or using Google translate to talk at length about the town, what to do or to chat generally. This wasn't just somewhere to stay, it was a great experience. Luigi's hosting was a highlight of our trip and allowed us to get so much more from Agropoli than we would otherwise have done in our 2 night stay. Location is convenient for the station and Paestum too. 15 mins easy walk into the centre. Effective air con. Useful, well equipped kitchenette and fridge. The patio area was very large and the plants are beautiful.

  Disliked: The wifi was occasionally weak. It is near the rail and road as others mention, but this didn't bother us at all - it is white noise really and we could not hear it once inside. Mentioning here only because others have mentioned it and suggest it is a bigger problem than it is - it would not put me off recommending. And the rail being nearby is one of the reasons we booked.

  Uncomfortable lousy bed, absurd not to include paper towels or napkins with a kitchenette

  Liked: nothing really.

  Disliked: I was upgraded to the "bigger" room -- would hate to see the smaller one! Biggest issue: Bed sloped down from the middle, i could barely stay on it! Ridiculous. Uncomfortable. Also leave some paper towels.

  Liked: The welcoming hosts, Luigi made us to feel very welcomed - showing us secret place of the Agropoli view as well. Private convenient parking, 20 min on foot to the sea and city centre. The kitchen is a big plus with kitchen tools.

  Disliked: We stayed from the side of the main road, so you could hear from time to time the sound of cars, but it did not affect our stay in the end.
