  Great spot for exploring Alberobello and the surrounding area

  Liked: The location is great for walking into Alberobello. The hotel reception is attractive but the room looked a little bit tired. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly. The breakfast arrangements were a bit weird, with the little pots of rice crispies and coco pops brought to your table along with some pastries (there is also a buffet).

  Disliked: Breakfast needs a rethink as many people weren't eating what was brought to their table. Surely it would be better to just put the baked goods out with the buffet to avoid so much waste.

  Liked: The hotel is a walking distance from the centre, which is an added value as you will avoid the crowd. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are OK. The good stay for a night or two.

  A lovely stay

  Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions of Alberobello, making it easy to explore the town on foot. A big advantage was the indoor garage, where we could safely leave our car and take the lift directly to our floor, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception desk was staffed until 11 pm, so there was always someone available to assist when needed. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, which made our stay especially comfortable during the warm weather. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Alberobello.

  Overall, this is a nice hotel and the staff is wonderful

  Liked: We loved the location. We were able to walk to the Truli houses and easily explore that area. It was a pretty easy drive to the beaches too. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good air conditioning too!!

  Disliked: A couple of things were lacking. 1. There isn’t an area to gather or relax outside or within the hotel. The lobby is nice, but not conducive to gathering or reading, etc and there is really no where to sit outside to relax either. 2. No pool.:( It was our oversight, but we were under the impression there was a pool. We were really disappointed when we realized there was no pool.
