  Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful trullo in Alberobello! The place was charming, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed for a lovely stay. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The welcome was very warm and thoughtful, and it really made the experience even more special. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

  Disliked: Would love more flexibility on the check-in times as you need to plan your travel plans around check-in time. Would be nice to have wi-fi in the space. But still all of that workable

  Everything exceeded our expectations

  Liked: Dear Maria Rosa, Thank you for such a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exceptional in every way. Its location is very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area, while the property itself is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and excellent taste. We especially loved having our own terrace, and the coffee was absolutely fantastic—a perfect way to start the day. We have nothing but praise for this accommodation. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great Location and Beautiful Accommodation, but the hospitality needs to be improved

  Liked: The accommodation was very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located close to all the main tourist attractions in Alberobello. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and excellent location.

  Disliked: I am giving a rating of 9 instead of 10 because the person responsible for the check-in arrived 20 minutes late and did not apologize for the delay. Respect should go both ways: If guests are expected to be punctual, the same courtesy should be shown by the host. What made this more disappointing was that the owner had previously expressed annoyance when other tourists arrived late, even mentioning that he had to wait 20 minutes for them. For this reason, I found the attitude somewhat impolite and inconsistent.

  Highly recommend this Trullo for your Alberobello stay!

  Liked: The property was great, location was great. We enjoyed the patio one evening to have wine and charcuterie. All communication was great. The actual host was not present but had her Niece there to great us and give us a tour/keys. Overall lovely stay in a convenient location.

  Disliked: We needed 2 more coffee pods. No big deal though. we had pods for 3 mornings but stayed 4 mornings.

  A warm welcome to an adorable little home in a trullo

  Liked: The kindness of the host and her mother! And they recommended a restaurant (Largo Trevisani) where I had Braciole in Sugo con Orecchiette--it was just like my grandmother's!

  Liked: It was in the old town so walkable to everything.

  Disliked: There is a long list of not likes. The address is wrong. It is further down the road at 43. Not sure why this is not on the website. I took all my bike panniers off at 25. When the young lady came (35 min after I said I would be there) I asked her to help me move my bags. She said NO. I had emailed her about storing my bike 4 months before my arrival. She replied 2 days after my stay. In the morning of my arrival she said if I wanted to put my bike in garden I would have to pay 15€. Don't pay!!! It is safe to lock on street. There is no garden to sit! I don't know why it is in the pictures because I was not shown a garden and there were no doors to it. Listen to the other reviews about arriving after 5 pm. She will charge you 40€! There is no heater/air-conditioner, but there is a remote for it. I didn't have any heat on a cold fall evening. This was my first night on my solo bike tour of Puglia. Left a sour taste. Since then I have stayed in 3 other places. All of the people have been lovely and kind and very accommodating. Don't stay here. Give a kinder person your money. Giuseppe only wants your money and give nothing in return.
