Exceptional
great location - room was spotless
This hotel has the best meet-and-greet agent I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. On check-in, she let me pick her up
Liked: Great location, clean and comfortable
Liked: A 15 minute flat walk from the start of town. Very quiet Easy free parking on site.
Disliked: We would rather have stayed on a no breakfast option and had breakfast in town. There's nothing wrong with the cafe where you have breakfast but you only get a hot drink, juice and croissant and sit inside. Also the cafe is halfway to the town where there's much more choice in a better atmosphere. We didn't see any staff at all once we had checked in.
very pleasant stay with great staff
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The outdoor furniture needed updating- it was peeling.
Incredible accommodation for the price!
Liked: Lovely place which was very clean and close to town but peaceful! Great customer service!
Disliked: Nothing was not to like!
A short visit for a just a one night stay but thoroughly enjoyed our time here and on Alberobello
Liked: Great location, only about 10-15 minute walk to the centre. Reception staff contacted us that day to check out arrival time so the room was ready for our arrival. Room was lovely and clean.
