Exceptional
Unique experience to stay in a Trulli, and enjoy the beauty of Alberobello City
Liked: Unique experience to stay in a Trulli. Very well suited for couples or family. In the center of a Trulli community and within short walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping store.Very helpful and friendly staff coordinated very effectively the check in and parking locations.

Fantastic view and lovely historic building
Liked: Very authentic and positioned with best view of the town. Had its own garden and seating area which was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for very short walk to restaurants and main square.
Disliked: Not very clear that you had to go to a hotel a few miles away to check in and out and park. Owner very helpful and shuttle bus provided for drop off and collection with luggage so all worked well apart from initial confusion of where to go initially. Nothing to do with property but town has very few supermarkets for supplies.
You feel like you are part of the village
Liked: You feel like part of the beautiful village. You cannot get this anywhere else. From the balcony you can look down at the central square.
The Trullo itself was beautiful but the experience was terrible
Liked: The Trullo itself was beautiful and great view of the main square.
Disliked: The property did not tell us that our Trullo was in the middle of a construction site. To get to the Trullo we had to climb and carefully walk through broken gravel which was a hazard and very dangerous, especially since we had luggage and a small pet. The property manager’s communication was terrible and very slowly helped many issues with safety of the Trullo. On the morning we were leaving, we could not even leave the Trullo for over an hour because the main entrance was blocked due to ongoing construction work at 8AM and they forgot to leave us a key to leave out of the back. If they reply to this and defend themselves, I will have booking upload images and videos of our exchanges with the host on WhatsApp.
