Exceptional
Really enjoyed our stay, location was brilliant and the host is very helpful!
Liked: Location was great, easy to find and the host was very helpful. It was very clean, good size and comfortable.
Great stay
Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean, with all necessary ammenities. A modern touch in a traditional building, right in the middle of the Historic Centre. Matteo is a gracious host, and he helped us when we got an issue with our car. Highly recommend.
relax great location
Liked: very good location near to the main plaza
Disliked: Maybe finding a nearest caffeteria in the plaza would be better
Liked: The property is luxurious. Everything is fine and clean.
Great location and great host
Liked: The location near the entrance to the historic city was convenient, facility was fresh with a modern twist but in keeping with the historic style of Altamura. The host was always available and replied promptly to any request and in addition checked with us most days to see if we needed anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely consider again when we’re next in Altamura.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like
Beautiful Altamura style experience
Liked: Very modern and beautifully rustic facility located on the edge of the historic centre of Altamura. 2 minute walk and you're in the heart of beautiful medieval Altamura! Bed was very comfortable and bathroom facility was clean and very high quality. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. Any minor issue was addressed quickly.
Disliked: Not a complaint but just listing this so it is not a surprise for future quests. Parking a bit of an issue but make sure you know the posted rules. Getting to the location is thru narrow walkways over cobblestones and could be an issue with heavy luggage. You cannot drive to in front of the room and is about 100meters from parking. Air conditioning, although there are 2 units, may be slightly inadequate for northern persons who prefer cooler rooms. We had to keep the AC on all the time to keep it reasonably comfortable.
