  Liked: Very clean, modern decor, amazing shower, very close to the plaza. Paola the manager was helpful in meeting us and walking us to the suite. We were able to store our luggage next door after checking out which was helpful.

  Disliked: A bit of a walk from the transportation drop off area, I recommend not packing large roller bag. A little tight on space once you open the second futon bed and add suitcases, but it works.

  Excellent choice for a visit to Amalfi

  Liked: Excellent central location. Fabulous host who collected us at the port. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped

  Disliked: A little confusion paying for our stay outside the Booking.com but it was quickly resolved.

  Best apartment, would definitely come back

  Liked: Very good location, close to the Amalfi port and the Piazza. Super clean bathroom (which was very important for us) and clean rooms. Good and strong AC, almost too cold. Paola was very nice to us, answers fast and was flexible when we needed help.

  Disliked: The blankets on both beds were very thin which made it cold at night when the AC was on.

  Fantastic location in the heart of Amalfi

  Liked: We had a wonderful four-night stay at Amalfi Apartments Design Centro Storico and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amalfi. From the moment we arrived, Paola went above and beyond. She met us at the ferry dock and escorted us to the apartment, then took time to explain the area and provide ferry and bus schedules, which made getting around so much easier. They were sold out for the fifth night we wanted to add and Paola arranged for us to stay at another wonderful hotel nearby. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate living room with a comfortable couch and an additional TV. It truly felt like having our own little apartment in the heart of Amalfi. The hair dryer was surprisingly powerful, so there is no need to bring your own, and having an iron available was a huge bonus. We only used the air conditioning a couple of times but it worked great. The location could not have been better. Restaurants and shops are right outside the entrance; Mandingo Beach, the Duomo, bus stop and ferries are less than a five-minute walk away; and there is a supermarket immediately after walking down the stairs, with a fruit market beside it. Everything you need is within a few minutes' walk. We also appreciated the beach blankets for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated having the extra space and comforts of an apartment while being so close to everything Amalfi has to offer. We would happily stay here again on a future visit and highly recommend booking this wonderful apartment.

  Disliked: Everything was great. There are stairs to reach the apartment, which is common in Amalfi, but the convenience of the location more than makes up for it.

  Great experience at our accommodations, Paola was a great host

  Liked: Location was great. Rooms and bathroom were nice and modern. AC units worked well. Paola was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Provided map of Amalfi and how best to get around. Highly recommend staying here.
