  Great value for Amalfi area, clean and gorgeous views

  Liked: The views! the patio was larger than it looks like in the pictures, we were 6 and had breakfast there comfortably. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient. The upper level has a second access that enters directly to one of the “bedrooms”. I loved the location, you can go down the stairs and be in 10 minutes in downtown Amalfi and also is very easy to go to Atrani which a little town behind Amalfi worth visiting, it’s cheaper and has great restaurants.

  Disliked: The kitchen area is very small and not very comfortable for cooking, a person or max 2 at a time is doable. We ended up bringing our food to the patio on the upper level since the views are worth it, but it wasn’t super easy to do. Sadly the main elevator was closed when we were there (it is right beside the property), but there’s a second elevator that brings you up half way, you have to pay for the service 1€ per person. It wasn’t bad for somebody that is active, it normally would take us 5 minutes to climb up. But not ideal if you go with older or people with reduced mobility.

Good to know

The apartment can be reached via a municipal elevator which is open from 8:00 am to midnight and costs 3 euros/person just to go up. Descent is free. Upon check-in you will find two cards in your room with 3 elevator trips included.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
