A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 30 applies from 19:30 - 21:00, after the 21:00 - 24:00 a surcharge of EUR 50, after 24:00 a surcharge of EUR 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
