Exceptional
Very enjoyable
Liked: Hotel Graal is a lovely, well-maintained and modern hotel with warm, friendly staff. Our room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, good cupboard space, and a superb sea view. The location was great, being very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast offered an excellent selection and was served in a beautiful breakfast room overlooking the sea. The large swimming pool was another highlight, although heating would have made it even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Graal.
Liked: We love our stay very much. People work there are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The terrace has beautiful view. Great location just a few minutes walking distance to the downtown area. Close to shops and restaurants… Has elevator every floor. food in the restaurant are delicious. We ate there every night during our stay

Liked: The breakfast was in a magnificent room. All bedrooms have stuning sea views and the place is as central as it gets. The staff is nice and polite and try to be as welcoming as possible. Everything is a short distance walk.
Disliked: The "double bed" was two beds next to each other. In the morning, we woke up in a cave between the mattresses.
Awesome views and great location. Great value!
Liked: Incredible views from the rooms, pool, restaurant and bar. The hotel is also in a great location just outside of the main Ravello square and steps from the SITA bus stop. Our room had a balcony with a small table and chairs that we enjoyed some wine on with the view. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking a transfer from the hotel to Salerno.
Disliked: Nothing really. The only thing that could be improved is a bit of repainting the exterior walls near the pool, but it didn’t detract from our experience. Maybe replace the white metal bars at the pool area with a clear/glass divider for unobstructed views.
