  Great location, spectacular views, too short a stay

  Liked: Close proximity to the ferry. Probably the closest hotel to get to. Sea view rooms had amazing views. Get a room with a balcony (not all rooms have them) Breakfast served on your balcony.

  Disliked: Nothing that we didn’t like. The stairs may be challenging for some since the hotel is the top floor of the building (5 flights of 8 steps).

  Good location, Great Balcony and view

  Liked: Great Location and view from the very nice balcony. All staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast in room each morning was very good. Room was very good, clean with a great balcony and view.

  Disliked: Shower was particularly small but still usable and water pressure, volume was great.

  Too expensive for being so basic

  Liked: Location and the Breakfast lady were the only good things.

  Disliked: Room was pretty standard. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Amenities were basic. Breakfast also basic. Air conditioning sounded like a helicopter was in the room.

  Disliked: Dear Property and Booking.com Support, I'm requesting reimbursement for the nights I did not use during my stay at Vista d'Amalfi from 2026-10-14 to 2026-10-17. I'm 71 years old, and there was no clear mention of the stairs or difficult access on the site before booking. On arrival, we found the property accessible only through a very narrow door on a busy road, then three flights of narrow stairs to reception. We declined a room with a balcony because it would have required another flight of stairs and moved to a smaller room instead. The room also had a sewer smell and ants in the bed, and the area was noisy. Because of these issues, we checked out in the morning and could not continue our stay. I have photos documenting the situation and would like to request a refund or compensation for the unused nights. Please let me know the next steps.
