So welcoming and friendly
Liked: Vincenzo was a delightful host - even on a Sunday he took us into the Museum and helped us with parking as well as a special restaurant booking where we were able to get local dishes we had asked for. Above and beyond!!

Liked: The albergo was beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. Vincenzo the host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great being right in the historic center of the city with stores and restaurants close by. The rooftop deck was really awesome, especially at night. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic location
Liked: The rooms were very comfortable. Vincenzo and Roberta were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Location was great.
Disliked: No lift, stairs. No forewarning there was no lift. Very hard for anyone with limited mobility, although Vincenzo offered to move us to his other hotel with lift. We did not accept his offer because we loved our room.
Exceptional
Liked: The management were highly professional in every aspect. Gave all information one needed. And as smallest problem occurred, they answered on text messages in minutes. Very comfortable bed a a lot of hot water in the shower. All a pellegrino needs.
