A great stay with a spacious family room, a proper swimming pool and very friendly staff

Liked: We had a great one-night stay at Hotel Arezzo ASC. The family room was very spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the proper swimming pool - perfect if you actually want to swim rather than just relax in the water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little further from the old city centre, but this was not a problem for us as we had a car.

You need to fix your shower and tell a guest if you give them a room with storage on a second floor!

Liked: Bed comfortable, room very clean.

Disliked: Our shower was tiny with no door. All of the water came out. Awful. They gave us a room with a second floor with exercise equipment stored in it. Very strange. We had booked a normal room.

Just what we were looking for… a genuine Italian family recreational experience

Liked: Room was large, attractive, clean and everything worked (AC, TV, etc.) staff was friendly and professional. Pool was magnificent. Location was in residential neighborhood outside of old city center affording a different experience yet a pleasant 25-minute walk to center and train/bus station.
