Ok experience
Liked: Nice spacy apartment in a good location. Close to the city center and many restaurants. Around 20 minutes from the beach. The owner is responsive and very helpful.
Disliked: AC units are working as fans only. The apartment is infested with cockroaches. The water pump is tricky, but that's rather a city problem.
