Exceptional
Liked: Oh, wow, what can I say... It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It doesn't feel like a vacation rental, but rather like visiting a friend or a relative. Eleonora is the kindest host you could wish for: she tried to fulfill every need we had, and even more. Aware of the truck drivers' strike and the supply shortage in local shops, she stocked the apartment with water and basic supplies. She left us a welcome bottle of wine, which was very nice. She was always there to answer any question we had. The apartment carries a piece of her soul in every detail. There is a barbecue, which we used quite often. Luckily, there is a fish shop nearby with an excellent choice of fresh catch (go in the morning), plenty of butcher shops in the city, and supermarkets with great meat counters (Coop, Spar). The apartment has a garden with a sea view and is very close to the beach (2 minutes). There are several restaurants with seafood and Sicilian cuisine nearby. What else can I say? The apartment is equipped with everything you'll ever need, including board games and beach equipment, and stray cats come to keep you company at the grill... The magnificent old town of Siracusa, baroque Noto and the fishing village of Marzamemi are all within 30 minutes by car, so there's plenty of sightseeing too. I would definitely return!

A very telaxing stay in beautiful surroundings within walking distance to restaurants
Liked: Location was perfect with garden and sea view. All that you need for a relaxing stay - things to cook with (oil,salt,pepper) drinks in the fridge, wine, coffee and tea, BBQ - home from home - even umbrella and-chairs to take to the beach.

Liked: What a great stay at Eleonora’s place! This must be the most well equipped bnb I ever stayed at. Terrace, bbq, aircon/heater and all sorts of complimentary items very kindly provided by the host. It makes it so much easier when a place has just what you need. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. Despite being situated on the Marina on the beachfront, it is very private and surrounded by nature, making it very quiet also in the weekend. The views are also unbeatable. You will need a car to reach the place, but you can very safely park it in the internal courtyard. Several good restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Eleonora really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Grazie mille!

Liked: Huge shared terrace and garden right in front of a beach that we actually had for ourselves (We were staying on the ground floor apartment with our 2 teenagers). The apartment is like on the pictures. The small terrace on the other side is nice when it's windy on the beach side. We loved all the gifts that were waiting for us: bottle of wine, of water, drinks for kids, breakfast, cookies, chips, etc. Thank you Eleonora!
