Exceptional
Liked: Freshly renovated villa with modern apartments. Ours with two bedrooms had nice interior, was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay - we mainly cooked ourselves at home. Host Sebastiano was very welcoming and attentive to our needs and for example offered full change of sheets and towels in the middle of our stay. Location is good as well, only 3 mins walk from restaurants/bars cluster and Molo beach equipped with showers. A bit further, like 7 mins one can get to Pantanello beach, which has also beach bars and sunbeds. Well stuffed supermarket is 5-10 mins walk away.
Liked: The host is a very welcoming person, even helped us with our luggage (as there is no elevator and I had an injury). Totally recommended. Convenient location close to the beach (but I would recommend Pantanello beach, at least in the end of September). Modern apartment, very convenient even it doesn't have any living area or any sofa (it would be nice to have something), fresh, new, perfect condition. has everything, washing machine, dishwasher (we stayed in 2bedroom apartment)
Disliked: check-out can be a bit later, but we didn't have a problem because the host is amazing. You can't store your luggage later than 13:00 after check-out (in case if you need it)

Liked: The apartments are new, just steps from the beach, with a comfortable bed and everything you might need. All the thoughtful touches — like oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher and laundry tablets, a beach umbrella, a plug-in mosquito repellent (etc.)— made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. We had originally planned to stay in an apartment in Syracuse, but at the last minute we chose Benazar Villa in Avola instead — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The area is peaceful, with lovely views and a relaxing vacation vibe. Easy parking. We’re quite demanding travelers, but Benazar Villa really met our expectations. We stayed from Friday to Monday and explored Syracuse (which made us even more glad we didn’t stay there), the nearby beaches, the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve, and the beautiful town of Noto. Everything was simply perfect, and we highly recommend it.

Liked: Brand new, modern, clean and perfectly equipped apartment just a few metres from the coast and the beach. Very friendly host who always endeavours to look after his guests. You can't ask for more to be comfortable.
