Exceptional
Liked: Awesome location and amazing breakfast with a great view of the lake.
Disliked: Hmmm the lift is a bit slow but not a problem.
A wonderful location with the water taxi port by your doorstep. The hotel staff very accommodating
Liked: The breakfast was very good - continental with the option of a cooked breakfast. A good range of different breads, pastries, cakes, cold foods, fruit and juices. Coffee was available on request from serving staff. All the food was nicely prepared and presented. I enjoyed my morning cappuccinos. The view of the lake from the dining room was spectacular making the breakfast experience even more pleasant.
Disliked: The room cleaning service overlooked bathroom essentials that needed replenishing such as tissues, used cups, and hand wash. However, once reported to reception it was immediately dealt with by housekeeping. When returning to our room one evening we realised that our door had been left open with a door stopper by cleaning staff who had forgotten to close the door. We don’t know how long the door had been left open. We reported this to reception who ensured us that this would not happen again. Apart from this, staff were very pleasant, very helpful and responsive in ensuring that our stay was comfortable. We would have no problem staying at the hotel again.
We would happily recommend Hotel Du Lac to anyone visiting Bellagio and would love to return in the future

The hotel has a fantastic location, with beautiful views of Lake Como and easy access to the charming streets, shops, and restaurants of Bellagio. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
