Liked: Friendly staff and near the centre
Little gem in the heart of Brescia centre
Liked: Superb location, 5 minutes walk into the Piazza Paulo VI. 10 mins walk from station. I felt safe there as a female solo traveller. Friendly staff. Great value for money.
Disliked: after confirming the reservation, they charged me an extra fee of €100
Liked: Location is almost near the old city. Good choice for this money. Very convenient pillows. Breakfast was basic in very lovely room and we got everything we need.
Disliked: Small bath space. If you have heavy luggage be ready to carry bags up the stairs..

Disliked: No lift cases to be carried up 6 flights of stairs Poor a/c Tv turned off after 10 minutes No WiFi unless stood at reception Safe free standing not working or secured, someone could have walked off with it. Only 3 coat hangers Wardrobe 8’ high with top bar laying in bottom Only one drawer, no chair. Breakfast poor,staff trying to clear up around you at 9.30 and no replenishment of pastries or fruit. Yoghurt,cheese and meat under cover but not cool, no ac in dining room and very hot during our stay. Shower very small with no adjustable shower head. Larger people would not be able to use.
