  Good room, but overpriced for what you get! Don’t go there with heavy luggage & don’t expect proper breakfast!

  Liked: Spacious room that could easily fit 4 people. Reasonable location.

  Disliked: No lift! Room was on 4th floor & I had to carry a 20 kilo suitcase up there! Your breakfast is in a cafe nearby, which I didn’t mind, but I wouldn’t call it a breakfast… it’s more of a snack! Tea or coffee, water & a pastry.. that’s it! The cafe opens at 9 am but the lady wants you to checkout by 10:30!

  Prime location in a safe & friendly hub

  Liked: The welcome by the host and continued availability. The location across from what became our favourite bar and restaurant right in the center of the old town can't be beaten imo...the bar is also were you go for your simple breakfast of coffee, pastry & a bottle of water....a pleasant way to start each day but not for those wanting anything substantial 1st thing.

  Disliked: With his being an historical building there is no lift.....no issues apart from the weight of our cases.

  Lovely comfortable stay with an amazing comfortable bed and pillows. Close to everything

  Liked: The bed is extremely comfortable. We had the best day of our whole trip in this place.

  Disliked: Breakfast is basic (one coffee and one croissant)

  Really brilliant location so near museums and castle

  Liked: We could not have been in a better location for exploring Brescia. Having kettle, coffee machine and a little fridge was such a bonus (for popping back for a coffee and a rest!)

  Disliked: The coffee and croissant breakfast at a nearby cafe was very nice but a little limited
