Very Disappointed
Liked: Nothing because it wasn't the apartment we booked based on the photos that were provided on Booking.com Future guests should be aware that the apartment they book may not be the one they receive.
Disliked: I booked this apartment based on the photos, location, and listed facilities on Booking.com, but unfortunately the apartment we were given was completely different from the one advertised. The landlady explained that because we were staying for five nights, she had allocated us a different apartment. She sent the new address via WhatsApp, but I assumed it was simply the address of the property I had booked and didn't realise we were being moved to a different apartment until we arrived. One of the reasons I chose the original apartment was that it was on the ground floor, which was important to us as we were travelling with very heavy suitcases. Instead, the replacement apartment was on the second floor with no lift, making it very difficult to carry our luggage upstairs. I had also specifically chosen the original apartment because it was located in the historic town centre, within easy walking distance of the attractions we wanted to visit. The alternative apartment was further away, which meant it did not offer the location we had deliberately booked. In addition, the replacement apartment did not have a washing machine or a working TV, even though these were important features I had specifically looked for when choosing the accommodation. As a result, I had to use a laundromat during our stay, which was an unexpected inconvenience. I spend a lot of time researching properties on Booking.com to ensure they have the facilities and location that suit our needs. It was therefore very disappointing to receive accommodation that was significantly different from what was advertised and what I had booked. If a different apartment is going to be provided, guests should be clearly informed before arrival and given the opportunity to decide whether they wish to proceed or cancel without penalty. I feel it was misleading to advertise one property and then provide another with a different location, layout, and fewer amenities.
Liked: Privacy is good, and the Location is close to the train station and the central points of interest.
Disliked: Hot water is a very good temperature, but is on the smaller side. Be mindful of keeping your showers brief, if you have another guest with you.

Liked: it was very beautifully decorated with antiques. i reallh loved the beautiful bathroom, which also had a tub. the place was very spacious, and the location was very close to the center.
Disliked: it was a little cold, but maybe because i didn't know how to use the heating. the bed skirt looked a bit too antique..
