  If the air conditioning was switched off then a fan should have been provided

  Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and there is paid parking just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

  Disliked: The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment. It would be helpful to have some basic items such as cutlery, plates, and other kitchen utensils.

  Very nice and pleasant stay in Brescia - Highly recommented

  Liked: Although we arrived very lately at the Hotel, Andrea was taking care of everything - thanks a lot. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Very close to the City center. Parking Lot (Autosilo 1) is in a walking distance from the Hotel.

  A hidden gem that perfectly captures the charm of Italy — spotless rooms, amazing breakfast, warm-hearted staff, and the

  Liked: This hotel is seriously underrated and absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location couldn’t be better — only about 200 meters from the main square, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The room was bright, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — every corner of the hotel was immaculate! You can really feel the owner’s care and attention to detail in every element, from the décor to the maintenance. The small courtyard is lovely and full of Italian charm — exactly what I dreamed of when visiting Italy. Everything felt fresh, elegant, and well taken care of. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise — absolutely amazing! There were plenty of choices, and everything was delicious. The bacon and pizza were among the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were responsible, busy, and efficient, always keeping everything tidy and replenished. You could feel the positive energy in the morning! The hardworking, cheerful owner also came by to check on the breakfast area — such a nice personal touch that made the whole experience even warmer. This place truly embodies the spirit of Italian hospitality — friendly, thoughtful, and full of life.

  Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location that is an exceptional value

  Liked: Great location, 15 minute walk from the train station yet very close to everything. Very quiet with windows facing the courtyard. This feels like more than a 3 star hotel especially for the price. Huge room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and exceptional breakfast with a coffee machine that’s far better than most. Lovely staff. This is the perfect place to stay in a most lovely city.

  Disliked: My only minor complaint is the common area lights are motion sensitive and the one over the stairs goes off when you’re half way down, and I walk fast.
