  Very disappointing stay because of the rude and disrespectful staff. I would not recommend this hotel

  Disliked: The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, treated us very poorly. They spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner throughout our stay. Every time we left the hotel, they insisted that we hand over our room key in an unpleasant way, making us feel unwelcome. We felt that we were treated differently from other guests, which made our experience even worse. I have stayed in many hotels and luxury resorts around the world, and I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The problem was not the building itself, but the attitude of the staff. Customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
