Guest reviews
Liked: This is the second time we have visited this hotel because it has a very favorable location. This time we are a little disappointed with the staff in the morning. In the morning when we were leaving and were about to hand over the room card no one was at the reception and after 15 minutes a girl appeared and instead of apologizing that we had been waiting for 15 minutes she started arguing with a cleaning worker inside the reception. A not funny scene because there was enough time to discuss with each other after we left.
Liked: It was excellent value for money. Located very close to the metro station. Staff were always smiling and very helpful
Disliked: There is no elevatir so you need to carry your suitcases. For me the staff helped to carry the suitcases, so was perfect
