Very good
Liked: It was nice
Disliked: The staff one particular lady so rude
Could have been better
Liked: The location of the hotel is great - very close to the historic center. The parking is spacious. The classic hotel experience with changing linen and towels every day. It has a great ventilation system with very unobtrusive AC. The staff is helpful.
Disliked: I did not like the size of the room, as I booked the Superior Double room, which on the photos provided by the hotel looks very spacious and even had a balcony. The reality was that it was a very small room (I don't know how there could be a smaller one, as in the booking options the description of the one that is not superior was with a smaller size in m²). I asked at the reception and they confirmed my room is superior. Also there is no way for this hotel to be 4 stars as it has only the basics for a 3 star hotel, and the last renovation should have been at least 10 years ago. And at last but not least the walls and the floor are very thin and you can hear the other guests in the other rooms very very well, including when they go to the bathroom. So overall, I would not visit again.
Liked: Lovely place to stay, close by to museums. Staff were so kind and lovely honestly amazing place to stay.
Disliked: Literally the only downfall was the beds, they are really hard
Beautiful
Liked: Everything
Liked: The room was okay and generally comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations we had for a property of this standard. While the location and some aspects of the property were enjoyable, we experienced several issues with the room, amenities, and overall service. What was most disappointing was the way some situations were handled by the staff, which made us feel that our concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of service and hospitality we expected, particularly considering the price and category of the property.
