Exceptional
Liked: The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Our suite was wonderfully renovated that was clean and a perfect blend of modern and rustic giving a warm inviting feel with the blend of minimalist style. The room is a short walk from the main restaurant and an even shorter walk to the breathtaking bay and a slower gentler Italian island life. Rent a bike and easily explore both islands.
Fantastic Location, but the room could use a little More cosyness
Liked: A wonderful place to stay in the most beautiful part of the city, with stunning panoramic views.
Disliked: I found the design of the room very cold and clinical. It felt a little like staying in a private hospital room rather than in a hotel.
Liked: nice view, clean rooms, good breakfast.
Disliked: you could here the train. powder eggs for breakfast - no taste language barrier parkinc is not well explained in offering. quiet a challenge many stairs to reach the hotel

Nice room and location, but misleading beach info
Liked: The location was great, and I really liked the spacious, clean room with a beautiful view.
Disliked: The staff were not attentive, and I had to carry my luggage up many stairs by myself. Although there are cheaper parking options nearby, this information was not provided in advance. The hotel advertises a private beach, but this is misleading — the beach is shared, requires payment, and needs reservations days ahead. I chose this hotel expecting easy access to a private beach, but there was no availability, and I ended up spending my day searching for a place to swim.
beautiful stay by the sea
Liked: The location was fantastic, with an excellent view at the sea. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The stuff was very polite.
Disliked: You pay 50 euros for the pet that I find a little bit exaggerated but we stayed only one day. Maybe it is for the whole stay. Arriving at the hotel with a car may be challenging.
