  Excellent communication and very professional

  Liked: We fell foul of the Air Traffic Control failure in the UK and our travel plans were thrown into complete chaos as a consequence. Communication with Casa Claudio was superb and very professional whilst we eventually sorted ourselves out. Thank you.

  Liked: We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment during our family ski trip to the Dolomites. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely — spotless, warm, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was more than enough space for us as a family of four, with plenty of room to relax after long days on the slopes. The boot storage was a huge bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better — walking distance to the ski lift and surrounded by great bars and restaurants for some fun après ski. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Claudio. He is, without question, one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. Before we even arrived, he helped us organise ski equipment hire and lift passes, kept us updated with weather reports, and recommended fantastic local restaurants. He went above and beyond in every possible way. The moment that really sums him up was when we accidentally skied down into the wrong valley one afternoon — and Claudio kindly came to pick us up! Absolute legend. A true gentleman. We have never experienced hospitality quite like it. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you’re planning a ski trip to the Dolomites, this is the place to book. Thank you, Claudio, for making our holiday so special.

  Liked: This gem was close to the main square and everything was walking distance. It was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. Everything was fantastic and exceeded expectations.

  Disliked: There was nothing we didnt like. Fantastic accommodation and will stay there again.

  Lovely place

  Liked: Lovely cosey appartment. The location is great. Very quiet at night which is perfect for a good night's sleep after an active day. Claudio is also extremely helpful.

  Cosy apartment in the centre of Campitello di Fassa. Good for a winter holiday with family and pet

  Liked: The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with some wooden wall decoration, so rather cosy all together. It has all the necessary facilities such as a washing machine/dryer,refrigerator, small dishwasher, 2 TVs. It is very central and at walking distance to the gondola that takes you in 10 min to the slopes. It is also very close to the centre of Campitello di Fassa with some restaurants, shops, bakeries, a small Christmas market. The owner was responsive to our requests for clean towels or bed linnen, the dog was welcome.

  Disliked: I found the price too high. The kitchen is small and rather old, as well as the furniture in the apartment. The TV in the living room had Netflix, some strange channels, but not the usual Italian TV. Although the apartment is for non-smokers, the entire building smelled of cigarets.
