Exceptional
I’ll be back
Liked: Prime location, big room and bad, very nice and helpful staff
Top quality hotel to stay in Canazei with first class facilities
Liked: The spa facilities and the infinity pool were both excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was close to town so easily accessible to restaurants. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Nothing
Fantastico
Liked: The staff was fantastic. Was the perfect location and very clean. The food was amazing at the restaurant for especially for dinner and breakfast. Everything was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Magnificent spa!
Disliked: Dark room, not well thought out lighting.
It would be difficult to improve anything... Sincere congratulations to the entire staff!
Nice place but won’t go back
Liked: Pool, modern rooms
Disliked: No room service, short period for dinner 7.30-8.15 meant the whole hotel went for dinner at the same time and it was extremely busy and noisy. Very unpleasant. Plus meant the hotel pool was busy before with screaming and splashing children.
