Fabulous
Beautiful stay in the Dolomites
Liked: The hotel was clean and we loved the set up for a family of four with the Quad room (2 rooms). The breakfast was great each morning. We loved our balcony. We enjoyed Canazie and the surrounding smaller towns for parking, walkability to restaurants, small play ground for the kids and less crowds but do know it’s a bit of a drive to some of the bigger hiking spots.
Disliked: The curtains are not light blocking, so it made it difficult to sleep in…great if you are getting up early to hit the trails though!
Good size room and great breakfast
Liked: A spacious room with a good view over the valley and some shops. Good bathroom and shower. It's good to see that the room has a small safe that doesn't cost any additional money and the car parking is also free. We had to request that the heating in the room be turned on, so it was cold at first. Staff dried our wet biking gear in the tumble dryer. Breakfast was good with really nice flakey croissants. The muesli cereal was also very tasty. All quite good for a 2☆ hotel.
Disliked: No lift to upper floors.
Liked: Excellent breakfast and staff.i t was Very comfortable to have the free hotel parking spot in front of it. Moreover, the ski slope are reachable by foot, which makes it even more valuable.
Disliked: No elevator - I had to carry my bags up to the 4th floor. Breakfast was good, but not a single vegetable
Value for the stay
Liked: Excellent location, close to eateries and shops.
Disliked: All good but dinner (half board) can be improved.
Liked: Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Cute small town in the mountains
